Return
We are having 90 days return policy for all products.
The step-by-step guide for returning a product will elucidate the nuances and enrich the customer’s experience.
Conditions for Return:
- If the delivered product is damaged/defective or a mismatch, then the customer may request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 90 days of the original delivery date
- Product Return will be permitted only through a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Goods returned without a valid RA number will not be processed for refunds and may face an additional levy
- Goods returned without any defect/damage or a mismatch are subject to a restocking fee (25% of item price)
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically get refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Due to the nature of our business, any returns for a full refund (less shipping and handling) will also be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
